Workshops
Professor Stone has conducted continuing education for a variety of professional organizations as well as academic units abroad. In collaboration with Cooper, he has delivered training in the areas of Design Thinking, UI and UX, and Design Leadership to Verizon, DirecTV, Honda, BMW, Merck, AVID, and the World Bank.
He conducted a 6-week Type in Motion workshop with an interdisciplinary group of students at Rio de Janeiro’s Escola Superior de Desenho Industrial and a 1-week professional workshop on Usability and the Iterative Design Cycle at the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais in Belo Horizonte, Brasil. The University of the Arts in Philadelphia invited Professor Stone to deliver a workshop on the subject of Interaction and Motion and is a regular invited guest of the International Seminar Week at HfG Schwäbisch Gmünd, Germany.
